• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. If a user is under 18 years of age, any booking or use of services must be done under the direct guidance and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Paripurno shall not be held responsible for any bookings or activities undertaken by users under 18 without proper parental or guardian supervision. By proceeding with a booking for a minor, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for all associated terms and conditions.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is successfully processed.
• Cancellation Policy: Please note that all payments for services booked through Paripurno are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or any other reason.

4. Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

• Our payment processing services are provided by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"). When you make a payment, you are interacting directly with Razorpay's secure payment gateway.
• Paripurno does not store your credit card details, debit card details, net banking credentials, or any other sensitive payment information. All such information is securely handled by Razorpay.
• All payments made through the Website are subject to Razorpay's transaction limits and policies.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.
